The Fine Print
 

Calls to HI, AK, PR, and USVI are billed at the same low rate of 5.9 cents/min. All Direct dial, Toll-Free, and Calling Card domestic calls are billed in 6 second increments - 18 second minimum. All international and offshore calls are billed in 6 second increments - 30 second minimum. Calling Card rates are equal to the direct dial Outbound Rates for international termination. All direct dial and Toll Free rates exclude Carrier Access Charge (CAC) and Federal Universal Service Fee. FCC imposed CAC fee: $3.65/line for Commercial Lines - and FUSF charges of 9.9% (Residential) and 7.5% (Commercial) apply. A surcharge applies to calling card and incoming toll free calls originating from payphones.
