iPhoneBill - Terms of Service
I hereby authorize
iPhoneBill (or its designated representative) to act as my agent
in all matters relating to the primary interexchange carrier
changes for the telephone numbers listed above. I understand that
by signing this letter of agency, iPhoneBill shall become my long
distance telephone company and that I will no longer be served by
my current long distance carrier. I also understand my local
telephone company may charge me a fee to switch my primary long
distance carrier to iPhoneBill. I further understand that I may
designate only one long distance carrier for any one telephone
number, and therefore hereby revoke any previous appointments or
selections concerning the telephone numbers listed above.
I hereby authorize
iPhoneBill to charge the credit card detailed above each month for
long distance usage and service charges as applicable.
I understand that
in addition to regular end of month billing, should the balance
due on my account exceed $100 at any time during the month,
iPhoneBill may make an interim charge to my credit card, which
will then be applied to my final bill for that period. I also
understand that iPhoneBill may, at its discretion, raise or lower
the amount of the interim charge based on my usage and payment
history. I understand that all billing disputes shall be handled
by contacting your Customer Service Department via email or
telephone. Any credits or refunds that may occur from the billing
disputes will be processed within 30 days from date of original
dispute.
I further
understand that before my long distance service is provisioned,
iPhoneBill will validate (not charge) my credit card. This
authorization will be for an amount not to exceed $100. I
understand that my service may not be switched if the validation
does not succeed.
I understand that
iPhoneBill is able to offer me these low per minute rates due, in
part, to its automated billing system. I further understand that
should manual processing be required by iPhoneBill to collect the
balance due on my account, I will be subject to a minimum $25.00
service charge. Monthly bills will normally be charged between the
15th and 20th of each month for service provided in the previous
month. For example, between February 15th and 20th subscriber
credit cards will be charged for service used in the month of
January.
Rates are subject
to change without notice. All calls are billed in 6 second
increments, 1 minute minimum per call. NO BILLING FEES
WHATSOEVER!!! All rates are flat rates: 24 hours per day, 7 days
per week. No monthly minimums.
